I just want to say the location is great. You can take the JR Yamanote Line to all the location you want around Tokyo. (It’s like a big circle) The room I chose came with the Microwave and washroom/dryer in one. Which is great. The Room itself is ok for one person. Yes the room is clean, I like the bath tube too because at the end of the day i can just relax. I do noticed that the hotel is kind of older now, so probably need a renovation soon. I can’t commend on the breakfast as i did not choose it.

The hotel was OK. They ask you to pay PER PERSON if you want to check-in early. Which is a little bit ridiculous since our luggages were already in the room (due to Yamato transfer) so, many people were waiting in the small lobby waiting for 3pm. We were all looking at each other like this is ridiculous. The room we had, had a broken window. Mind you we were in the 12th floor and the window could open without a locking mechanism and could open widely. Even I almost fell from the window because I didn’t know it was broken and it opened completely. I wrote immediately to the reception, but asked to come in the morning. I couldn’t sleep that night because I was scared that my son (who could reach the handle easily) would open the window and fall. They do not clean the room, and only provide new towels. We enjoyed the walking distance near a metro. Staff was still friendly.

建物も、フリーの挽きたてのジョージアブランドのコーヒー、など悪くない。でもこのあたりは日本のホテルならどこでもあると思う。けどここの良い点はスタッフの対応。こちらも海外のスタッフらしき方もいたが、不快なことはなく、困った客がフロントに来ても、私がいきます、と積極的に向かい応対し問題を広げないようにする姿勢がとてもよかった。海外なら当たり前かもしれないけど、日本で困った海外客に遭遇するといい気分はしない。でもこのホテルは他のホテルと比べてごく普通の日本人に寄り添ってるかのような対応を海外のスタッフですらやっている感がある。また宿泊したいと思える対応。

The hotel is a 5 minute walk maximum from Shimbashi station, so easy access to Haneda airport and other areas in Tokyo. It’s around a 10 - 15 minute walk to Ginza from the hotel. The bed and shower were wonderful, found the pillows a bit hard though. Was really helpful having a washer/dryer located in the room. The room itself is just the right size for 2 adults with their luggage, but any more than 2 suitcases would be a tight squeeze. While clean in the room and shower area, you could see signs of wear and tear throughout. There was some wallpaper pealing by the toilet in the room and a lot of dust around the washer/dryer. On the last night after strong winds, a squealing started from outside the room and would not stop. We managed to sleep eventually, but it wasn’t a nice way to end our time at the hotel. For a night or two, we would recommend the hotel but for any longer it would not be a comfortable stay if there is more than 1 person staying in the room.

The room was standard but the window does give the wind their way into the room. Overall, the facilities in the room need to be either given a better wash up and cleansing as I do see stain in the bathtub which can't be wash away and the washing machine has dirt in the rubber. That being said, the staffs were wonderful. They are super friendly and kind. Given my broken Japanese, they were able to provide me with wonderful assistance from refilling the washing detergent to collecting my parcel for me. They will also explain to me the cleaning policy and explain me to clear up my room on the day of cleaning if I am not comfortable for their team to see the item. The location of this hotel is also great, it is just a street away from a lot of izakaya. Food is just everywhere. It is also near 2 major station in which can bring you to literally everywhere in Tokyo. So putting away the facilities, this hotel is worth the stay.

Did not like the room size and layout - room was very small and narrow. Staff was nice, but was expecting more English speaking staff. No housekeeping on a daily basis - room is cleaned only if you stay for 7 nights or more! Description of hotel could be better so that I would know what to expect!! Was not happy being in such a small and very narrow room for 6 nights.

The hotel was outstanding. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I also purchased the breakfast with the stay that made it easy to start the day.
