Risa went above and beyond by walking me to a nearby hotel and arranging a partial day stay after we checked out so that we could rest. We would definitely stay here again. "This hotel is lease than 5 minutes walking from 筑地市场with lots of seafood and sushi stands. The market closed by 3pm so we have to go back the next day morning , they open as early as 6am. We love all the food choices we tried in the market. In the evening, we walked to shopping malls in Ginza. Super convenient location for food as well as shopping. The room size is big compare to other hotela in Tokyo. Washer and kitchen in unit is very helpful. We will stay here again next time visit Tokyo."

"We booked a standard room, size moderate 24m2. Spacious bathroom though with spacious vanity place for pur toiletries. Service is impeccable, where my Amazon packages were already inside our room before our arrival/check in. Location is perfect."

"The room was modern and large compare to other Japanese brand hotels we have stayed on this trip. I really appreciate having plenty of electrical plugs for all of our devices next to both sides of the bed. There was no breakfast buffet but they had American and Japanese set breakfast that were adequate. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from Tokyo station or 1200 yen cab ride. There is a local train station entry on the same block as the hotel so you can take either Tozai or Hibiya line to...

The toiletries and amenities were exceptional and plentiful and a wonderful quality. The location of the train station out front is extremely convenient. The neighborhood is my favorite in Tokyo. Of the three hotels and the three areas that we stayed while in Japan This hotel and this stay was my favorite. "
