"I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....

"Room was not ready at 3:00. Had to use lobby ladies room for 5 of us to change for a wedding. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap bottles were empty. Room was very warm because the air was not turned down before occupancy. Kids went to swim but absolutely no towels were available. Breakfast attendant began closing the buffet while we were trying to get our breakfast. I normally have a good experience at Home2Suite Hotels but not this time because I should not have to request...

"Staffing was amazing the two different guys I talked to…… but the rooms where not good at all our first room and ants in the beds and the ac isn’t work, bathroom door was broken, peep hole has a piece of toilet paper in place or the actual glass it looks like then we were given a second room and there was still ants in that room and the furniture was either broken or missing drawers."

"The room itself was clean. However each time I leave my room I have to find someone to open my room door as the door was very hard to open. The outside was nasty and have prostitution activity and MAJOR DRUG ACTIVITY! This hotel needs to be SHUT DOWN"

"An amazing stay! Upon entry we were greeted by the kind staff member at the front. We did check in early and there was a small expected fee. We immediately went down to the pool after unpacking and there were provided towels for use. They were replenished immediately. Beds and room were very comfortable, spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best ! Close to shopping centers, walking distance. Parking was plenty ! Will definitely be returning to this hotel if we’re back...

"The property was very poorly maintained and did not appear to be clean. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. I found a used razor in the shower that had clearly been left by a previous guest. The bed did not appear to be clean either. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property."

"Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed."
