"Staff was awesome!"

"We were put in a separate building across the street from the main St Mary Lodge. The condition was quite run down. The decor is rustic and nice, the bed is comfortable, the towels were great, it was clean, but the room is quite tiny and cramped. The good news is that we parked our vehicle right outside our room. The bad news is that the room has a high step to enter (maybe 10 inches high) and could be a hazard when exiting if you didn't remember to step down. The concrete sidewalk is...

"Check in was brutal and had to wait until after check in time for room to be ready. No room service on day two. We actually ended up leaving a day early the 25th-instead of the 26th. Check room card swipes. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund because the line check-in was so egregious. But I would have loved to use the amenities, particularly the hot tub, but there was always a ton full of children. Which is fine, but it would’ve been nice to have a adult hours."

"Very clean inside - beds were comfy, great showers. The outside looks a bit rundown. You can tell this is an old hotel that has been taken over. They spent a lot more attention on the inside, which is fine. They allowed up to check in early after a long travel day. They had good WiFi, free coffee, lots of ice. No hot tub after long hikes. Over all a good stay - might look for somewhere more exciting next time."

"I chose a "Pioneer cabin" that contained 3 beds and a picnic table. I knew going in that it did not include linens, electricity, or plumbing, although the property had wi-fi. Restrooms and for-pay showers were nearby, just down the hill. Staff was truly helpful, could not have been nicer. If I visit again, I'll definitely upgrade to one of the full service cabins."

"Great location and the staff was friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable beds. Nice snack options provided for the rooms. There are breakfast options, but not an extensive menu. Coffee was great! I'd recommend Huck's place for a breakfast option with a more extensive menu. It's a less than 5 minute drive away. Good hotel option for those going to visit Glacier National Park."
