"We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

"Det var lekkasje på kloakken fra toalett som rant ut over badegulvet. Det var ingen forsøk på å utbedre dette, og de hadde ikke alternative rom. "

"Après une réservation confirmée, nous nous sommes présentés à l'hotel qui était fermé. Personne au téléphone. Deux heures s'écoulent avant de joindre un responsable qui nous confirme la fermeture de celui-ci et nous invite à aller voir ailleurs.
Devant le peu de faiplay rencontré, nous ne pouvons que déconseiller fortement afin de ne pas vous retrouver dans la même situation."
