"All around the experience was great. The price for the room was too much for the condition it’s on. I stayed at room 2003 and couple issues the room had were: - Blinds to curtains weren’t working correctly. - Sliding door and window were not working. - AC thermostat would not go any lower than 72 degrees. - Bed frame were modified to stay in tact with angle clips."

However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. "Lovely location. Close to Sundowners Bar where they offer great yoga classes. Great sunset views. Excellent service in the restaurant. My only complaint is the smell of mildew, but even the Kimpton smells like mildew!"

"Cafe and Breakfast were really great. Cafe is really cool, surrounded by trees with a view of the water. Cafe Girls were super nice and friendly. Room was nice, not luxurious, but large with good beds. Hotel is at about 100 yards from the commerce and was quiet. Really enjoyed our stay."
