Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista
8/10 Good
"It’s dated but it’s got cold air and warm sheets and hot water. Only real issue is it’s hidden info that you have to click on at Expedia to find out they charge for parking. I paid more to stay here because it was closer to the airport but knowing about the parking fee I would not have stayed as it ended being a lot more than another place."

Marriott's Grande Vista
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at the Marriott Grand Hotel for two nights. The property, staff, bell/shuttle services were extremely pleasant. The property was clean, well manicured and the hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful in providing information regarding exterior excursions and eating venues. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool and golf because we wanted to be adventurous and explore some of the outside events and we were there only two nights. However, we have already made plans to return next year with additional family members and a larger space. We really had a great time and are looking forward to next year!"
DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando

"We stayed for 4days/3 nights, and overall, I can say we had a pretty good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing I want to clarify, because I’ve seen many people mention that it’s a 15minute walk to the Universal parks in my experience, that information is not accurate. Walking at a normal pace, it took me approximately 33 minutes from the Universal CityWalk globe to the hotel lobby. Of course, the time can vary depending on your walking speed and where you are coming from. If you don’t feel like walking, you can also take Lyft for around $8, which is a convenient alternative. If you’re looking for a hotel where you don’t have to spend a lot, I think this is a great option. We stayed in one room with four adults for 4 days/3 nights, and our total cost was only $432.51 There are also several convenient options within walking distance. We found a Walgreens, where we purchased water and snacks, which helped us avoid spending more money at the hotel and inside the parks. There’s also a Tous Les Jours Café, where we enjoyed some very good pastries and excellent coffee. In addition, theres an Asian restaurants nearby, as well as Miller’s Ale House. We ordered food from Miller’s through Uber Eats, and everything we received was good. One additional piece of information: after we checked out, a hotel staff member approached me with a pre-reservation offer,5D/4N for $299.99. We did the offer for future stays."
