"Included Breakfast buffet was wonderful! Our server Gabby was fantastic! The pool was good. Disappointed with how expensive drinks at the bar were ($20 for a single Pina Colado), as well as the prices in the gift shop & sweets shops ($5 for a can of soda/tea). The customer service in the gift shop could have been better. Did NOT enjoy being accosted in the lobby by the Hilton staff trying to see us vacation stuff. "The resort fees were different than listed in Expedia. The water was shut off one day from 11a-2p and then no hot water for 2 days after than. Phones in the room did t have the direct lines to front desk/maintenance/etc. one day the ac compressor went out and our room got to 78 degrees. The reservations for surfing have a 45 min prior check in that is not communicated on the confirmation email"
