"We booked the best suite in the hotel—a lake-view room. Between the bedroom and the bathroom, the ceiling tiles were damaged. The AC was extremely loud, like a helicopter landing each time it started. The bedsheets and pillows smelled moldy. Thankfully it was just one night, but I won’t stay in Lakeland again. "Everything about it was very great!!"

"The room itself smelled like stale smoke, HOWEVER, the view was amazing! We were assigned a room on the lake and it was so lovely. The lake was full of more birds than I had ever seen (egrets, ibises, heron, ducks). The front desk professional was nice and helpful. The room was large. For a cheap hotel, we got our money's worth. If not for the lake and birds, I would have probably thought that it was a kinda crappy hotel but cheap for the price. The stunning scenery made it 5 stars...

"It was great for the one night I was there. Right next to a big mall with lots of restaurants and a movie theater. Room was great and the helpful front desk staff were very friendly. I didn’t love the smell of the room. Not smoky, just didn’t like the smell of the cleanser. It was too strong. Other than that it was a perfect day."

"This is the cleanest hotel I have seen in a very long time. The water pressure in the shower is great. The bed was comfortable. We were woken up at 4am by the kids in the room next to us. The walls are pretty thin. The pool was enjoyable. We actually canceled our stay at a different hotel and extended our stay here. The location is convenient to highways and walkable to Applebee’s, Wendy’s, and Starbucks."

"Overall experience was okay, my biggest concern or complaint was that there was no shower gel or lotion. I had to provide my own. Luckily there were nearby stores to buy those things. But I couldn’t believe the hotel was completely out. I thought it wasn’t in my room because staff forgot, only to go downstairs to be told there wasn’t any. I was offered shampoo. That’s something I’ve never used to shower. Other than that everything else was fine."

"Very clean room.Wonderful staff. Old fashion vending machines that worked really good. Pool was nice and cozy and the surroundings of the pool was very pristine 💖. The only thing I could say was wrong was a water pressure in the shower. And yes you're close by the road so you have to hear some noise."
