"It took forever for us to get into our room. If check out is strictly at 11 then make check in strictly at 3. We always had to ask for housekeeping and then they would come at 5:45 when we were back in our room and we told them that we need some time to get out of the room they said they can’t wait ..."

The pool furniture was very old & outdated, we were not allowed to bring in our own drinks & snacks…we wanted to rent out a cabana but the price was too much for you can only have it until 4pm, if I’m going ..."

Aston Kaanapali Shores
"The beach was nice but large rocks about 10 yards off shore made it really not swimmable. The bus runs every hour down to Whaler Village where the ocean swimming much better. Nice pools, just not much of an ocean swimming resort."
