This is a lovely hotel, located close to the ruins of Pompeii. The area just outside the hotel isn’t that pretty, but the hotel grounds themselves are very nice. Our room was large, very clean, and had a terrace with beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Apartment spotless and very much needed air conditioning.

Rooms were very clean seems to be plenty parking and staff friendly only let down was breakfast as i like plenty cooked stuff only boiled eggs. Excellent location for ruins and main street for restuarants 3 mins and only 5-10 mins walk from Pompeii train station not scavi.

Great location and brilliant hosts. Fantastic communication and the owners were only a message away. We were able to do a self check in and check out. The accomodation was perfect. Very modern and super clean and in a fantastic location. The breakfast pastries from de vivo were delicious! With space to eat them outside the room with a view of Vesuvius. Only negative is the amount of steps you need to climb after a day of sightseeing, but this can't be helped and definitely wouldn't put me off...

I stayed here for two nights and it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!! First, Maria kindly waited for us outside the building when we called her that we couldn’t find the building. Though there were some difficulties in communicating, as she doesn’t speak English that much, but it was overall it was fine as we used google translate and gestures. She offered delicious breakfasts and the stay was just amazing. I would love to come and stay here again if I ever come back to...

Great property opposite one of the entrances to Pompeii ruins. It was in a small courtyard so quite. The property had all facilities that were advertised. Was clean and extremely comfortable. The owner has mastered the art of being available to help but without hovering. He is a local and offered so good advice on the area as well as providing a taxi to and from the airport. I would highly recommend a visit not only for the world famous ruins but because modern Pompeii is a lovely town, clean...

Great hotel in the city centre of Pompeii. The receptionist Daniela is an excellent asset to the hotel, she helped us with everything, even organised for us a trip to Capri and made sure we have everything we need. Definitely worth staying.

Great host Elena, who was really helpful and met us on arrival. Really friendly communication leading up to our arrival, and sorted out a room change before our arrival after a maintenance issue to ensure our stay was not disrupted. We were so grateful! Clean and well maintained space, plenty of room for a family of five. Really well placed for the Pompei ruins, and walkable distance to the train station and Pompei centre, and a local supermarket.

Our trip was amaze what a gem of a hotel. All the staff were so lovely A clean ,modern ,central location everything was just perfect I would definitely recommend this place .

The service here was above and beyond, they made us feel so welcome. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bomerano.

The room is just beautiful, the view is spectacular and the service matches its perfection. The view from our balcony was just stunning, the location right at the front of the port was perfect for travelling around and the service and breakfast was exceptional. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay,

We had an excellent stay at Gallery Experience Napoli! We just stayed for 1 night en route to Sorrento, and it was the perfect choice for our stopover. The room was extremely comfortable, and we particularly loved having the jacuzzi bath to unwind after our flight. What really stood out though was the outstanding service from the staff. After spending a few days in Sorrento, we returned to Naples for our final day before flying home. The team were incredibly accommodating and happily let us...

Great location and attentive host. Stunning and unusual decor. Secure and peaceful building just off a busy Naples Main Street. Good places to eat nearby. Fab for exploring the centre of Naples.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. Mary is a wonderful host, she took the time to show us where the main attractions are and gave us great tips, which we really appreciated. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything and within easy walking distance of all the key sights. The room was cleaned regularly, and the added touches like cakes and water were a lovely bonus. If we’re ever back in Naples, we will...

Everything about Elys Suites suited us perfectly, with friendly and helpful staff, great choice of buffet breakfast and exceptionally clean rooms serviced every day. Would highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday. Roger & Patsy

Everything was perfect and Gigi is an amazing host!!

Hotel lovely, breakfast are fab. Staff really acomodating. I stayed in room 16 which is noisy as it's by reception. I would ask for a roo. On 2.nd floor at the back if you want quiet as rooms overlooking square would be noisy. Definitely go back.
