"The room was a great size and a comfy bed, the location was great for access to the town and the Pompeii Site. The venue had made us aware that there was no lift so we were able to split out a separate bag for the 1 night we stayed so it was fine (but if I had to carry our main suitcases up to the room that might have a different matter). Checkin/out was remote so no interaction with staff other than online, but communication via WhatsApp was helpful"

"Positives - Villa was in a good place near a supermarket, restaurant's, public transport and ruins. Good size rooms with quite comfortable beds, good sized kitchen, air con was good. Negatives - we were asked to book in online before we arrived but no English option on their website to book in on so when we arrived there was no one on reception to book us in so we called the owner who couldn’t understand us so for 3 days he kept sending messages asking us to pay the local taxes in Italian!...

"Great host Elena, who was really helpful and met us on arrival. Really friendly communication leading up to our arrival, and sorted out a room change before our arrival after a maintenance issue to ensure our stay was not disrupted. We were so grateful! Clean and well maintained space, plenty of room for a family of five. Really well placed for the Pompei ruins, and walkable distance to the train station and Pompei centre, and a local supermarket."

"The towels and bedsheet were stained. The toilet was not clean. The shower beads are dirty within the shower head. The shower floor was also dirty. "This property is literally 10 minute walk to the airport terminal. The streets are well lit. The only area without a sidewalk is when you exit the hotel but is has strong lighting and is only about half a block before you get to the main sidewalk. We crossed the busy, even at 4 in the morning, street in front of the Pizzeria. So no issues. The pizzeria pizza is excellent. The owners are nice but did not respond to my Expedia notice of our arrival. Fortunately a guest exited the building...
