Lovely suites - spacious, comfortable and everything you need. Giovanni is a great host and really helpful. Has the feel of a family run b and b but the facilities of a hotel. Really nice to have a suite rather than just a small room. In the Dante area so great for local restaurants and 2 minute walk to the metro.

My stay was wonderful - they met me at the door and walked me through the space. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and convenient location. As questions came up about travel, they were very responsive and helpful. I even found a couple great dinner spots nearby! Highly recommend!

This is a nice and unique place to stay and the team was excellent at keeping in touch. They even facilitated early check in which was most appreciated. I would stay here again however you should be prepared for how busy Naples is!

This was such an amazing property. Plenty of room, close by shopping and dining. The host was truly the best. They were able to make recommendations of places to eat and where to tour. Cant thank them enough and cant wait til we're back in Naples so we can enjoy this experience again

From the moment we arrived, the experience in our hotel suite exceeded all expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and we were personally escorted to our suite, which set the tone for a stay marked by thoughtful service and luxury. The suite itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Every detail — from the plush bedding to the high-end toiletries — reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality. The panoramic view to Napoles city from our balcony was absolutely stunning. We especially appreciated the little touches which made it feel like a true home away from home. This suite was not just a place to sleep — it was an experience. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service.

First things first - awesome. Now here is what i didn't know or realise when i booked this property. 1. I booked for 4 prople; 1 queen bed and 2 twins. This is exceptional for Europe...you really don't find this option in a reasonably priced hotel. But what i really didn't appreciate was that in this case...its two rooms. The queen bed is in one room with a freestanding tub, heat pump/ac unit and 4 piece ensuite bathroom complete with heated towel bar and hair dryer. Yes you get shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap! But those two twin beds i mentioned...they are in a separate room...with a separate heat pump/ac unit, TV, a safe and a mini fridge and...only availbale during the winter months, a biogel fireplace that looks like ot would be amazing! So bottom line whether you need space to sleep 4 or just for yourself suite 101 is a great option!! 2. The ac works...and I mean WORKS. I have read enough hotel reviews to know this is not always true. 3. This is not a hotel, nor a B&B. It is like living in Europe, a suite inside a "regular" apartment building that has been completely modernized. So you get that peace and tranquility of coming and going like at home, but in a lovely unit and a very real European experience. 4. Smart plugs. I was worried about charing phones etc but the wall outlets have USB plugs built in to them. It really was a wonderful experience from the thoughtful hosts to the great area for experiencing Naples, access to metro...and it has an elevator! Gr

Very close to Dante station and a short foot walk to many attractions in Naples. Giovanni is very helpful with recommendations, attractions etc. and organizes everything needed.

We stayed at Kind Places - Suite Experience in Naples and it was the perfect place. Stylish, clean, and with an eclectic touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the place was spotless. The location is ideal – close to everything and perfect for exploring the city, yet quiet and peaceful. Giovanni was super helpful – he welcomed us even though we arrived late due to a train delay, and he gave us great tips on different places to discover. Highly recommended!

Great location - exceptional

Perfect location - near the Metro and easy walk everywhere to great restaurants, bars, cafes and the port to take the high speed ferry to Capri and Amalfi - suite was very modern well equipped and quiet - would not hesitate to recommend. Great host - communicated well. Till next time.

Absolute 10/10 - perfect location, just 100m from Dante Metro, and easy walk everywhere, including Spaccanopipoli.Suite was modern, well equipped and would not hesitate to recommend. Gio is a great host, and looked after us all through the stay. And Napoli is mad, but fantastic, with foid and drink to match.

Started our stay off with a very warm and friendly reception from Govi and his mother, they were very accommodating during our time in Napoli . The room is a quiet oasis complete with a large walk in shower and small balcony. The location is easily walkable from the Metro and close to the historic old town , so it was very easy to explore the city. I Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Napoli.

Fabulous service Giovanni was extremely helpful h he met us at the metro and assisted us with our luggage. Great place to explore the city from. The metro was close and many attractions within walking distance. The suite was immaculately clean and well stocked. The decor was uniquely fun and refreshing. The shower was huge and the large soaker tub was a great way to relax after a busy day exploring. Highly recommend!
