"The hotel lobby was cute and inviting. The rooms were adequate with very nice lotions, shampoos and body gels. We were surprised that the rooms weren't cleaned on the first day because there was no note letting guests know that. No garbage basket in the bathroom which was strange.Breakfast was typical; well stocked, nothing special. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all a comfortable stay."

"The biggest issue was ! There was no AC in the elevator or hallways. It was 87 degrees outside . There were a few dark hairs on the bathroom floor . But the staff was great guy at the front desk & the lady at the morning buffet was so very nice . Food was good & lots of choices."

"This property was verry nice for the price about 8 mos ago. The quality has gone down we stayed several times and the last 3 were poor at best. Issues with rooms and keys no towels unclean room on top of poor water pressure and a 70,s style pocket door which doesn’t close properly rooms smell like wet dog"

"This place is awesome! We stayed for 4 nights and we could have stayed forever. The property and rooms are fantastic. My wife and I walked the gardens for hours every day. It's such a peaceful break. The rooms have excellent AC, beautiful views, and everything was so clean. I don't normally write reviews but the Inn at Middleton Place deserves it. You can clearly see the effort they put in to every aspect of the stay. The fact that you get free passes to the gardens is such a good deal (normally $35/person). We walked roughly 10 miles in 3 days seeing the gorgeous trees, happy animals, and getting delicious food at the restaurant in the gardens. We'll definitely be making this an annual trip for us!"
