"Nice place, slept great, comfy bed, continental breakfast was great, easy access, good parking, coffee stunk though and pool under maintenance but we got there late anyway. They went over and above to accommodate."

"Stoney Creek Hotel is a nice hotel, and we have stayed there several times. Upon check-in, we were given a room that was already occupied. After a 20-minute wait, the manager gave us an upgraded room. One thing that I had a problem with is that the maid service is only done every third day: the trash is not picked up, and the coffee is not refilled. But overall, I would stay there again."

"The Sioux City Comfort Inn was substandard at best. First thing I noticed as I checked in was a sign on the desk saying they don't allow locals to stay there because of past "problems"; clue #1 as to how the night would go. Next thing I noticed was the side door we used to bring our stuff in had the door latch taped with package tape to keep the door from locking; it stayed that way all night I guess because it was still taped up in the morning. The carpet in the hallway was stained and wrinkled...

"Best lodging I had on my 10-day trip. And lowest price. Only one issue. The room had the newer low-profile Eljer toilet which is too low. I can’t sit on it without getting my bottom wet."

"My room was very clean. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The gentleman working at the front desk was able to move me from the second floor to the first floor, because sometimes I sleep walk."

"The front desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so it was a bit noisy until 11pm and at 6 am. The shower wouldn't work and the temperature was only boiling hot. The adjuster just spun and the shower stopped wouldn't stay up. When I told the lady at the front desk she said she would check it, didn't apologize or anything else. Beds were very comfortable and clean."
