"Location was terrific. Right downtown. Parking was extra and lucky we got there early to get one of 4 spots in their garage. Staff was pleasant but room was up 3 flights of stairs. When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention.
