"Really friendly staff, great air conditioning against the heatwave, and good transport to the airport."

"We booked this hotel because of advertised 6 outdoor pools. There are no pools on site. You have to walk to a water park to use their covered pools. It was very crowded and chaotic. Shower in room leaked EVERYWHERE. Hair dryer was making weird noises when tried to use it. Will not be staying in this hotel again."

"Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square...

"The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time. Very disappointed because we have to spend more than...

"Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber. Das Zimmer zwar recht klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders einladend: Auf dem Flur roch es durchgehend unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – sehr lieblos und qualitativ schlecht. Aufgrund des schlechten Frühstücks und des Geruchs im Flur würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen."

"Bij een Ibis Budget-hotel kun je niet veel verwachten, maar vergeleken met andere Ibis-budget-hotels was dit wel even slikken. De kamer had duidelijk onderhoud nodig en was erg vies. Zelfs het bloed zat op de gordijnen. Vroegtijdig vertrokken."

"The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was good. However there is nothing else around. We were on our way to La Rochelle and it was a good stop off point for one night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Parking very easy and just of the autoroute"
