"Our room was lovely, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful!, breakfast was amazing, they cater for everyone. The restaurant staff really friendly and accommodating, we had a birthday meal there which they made extra special too, and overall our stay was made better ( if that’s possible) due to the above. "It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...
