"Room is as expected. No bathtub. 1 big bottle of water provided. 2 sets of toothbrush with mini tube of toothpaste. Most unsatisfactory were the big bath towels, smell terrible. As it was late at night, we just made do with the smaller towels. If driving, take note to use the ramp next to Uniqlo, it was a steep drive straight up to 6th floor for parking. Directional signs to hotel are not clearly displayed. Need to drive quite far in before we saw the hotel signage. There is a lift lobby that goes to the 7th floor reception area. Need to validate parking before driving out. Hotel guest pay discounted rate of RM6/-. Lift to the floors can be slow at times. Access to mall on ground floor."

"Great value. Full kitchenette. Washer Dryer. Large rooms. Clean. Good amenities. Strong water presdure. Cold aircon. Good wifi. Same building as hard rock. Secured parking. Highly recommended. Only draw back, the entire putri harbour area is quite deserted and hardly any life. Limited food options although there is a convenient store and supermarket nearby. If you have a car can stay here but drive elsewhere for entertainment and good."

"Everything was wonderful. From the staff to the cleanliness and aviation themed interior design of the room, everything was amazing. I will say that the entrance to the gym is through a different lift which was a little confusing. The leg extension machine was also faulty for a new hotel but other than that, everything was seamless and relaxing"

"Very nice place that Dorsett has bought but needs some thorough cleaning and sprucing up. Very good air con in the lobby but not always in the rooms. Even though we had to change room, staff was awesome. So friendly and helpful. The people working here are worth the visit. Nice and quiet for now."

"Breakfast buffet - most items are cold - which is a disappointment . Rooms (themed) are very very cool and the gift in the kids safe is excellent, Shopping centre next door is handy for local food etc. Generally juts needs a bit of updating - but great for a 1 or 2 night stay"

"The apartment is new so everything is nice and clean. My daughter enjoyed playing with toys. They do not have a water dispenser yet in the unit but they did provide bottled water. Some minor issues with one of the aircon units and fridge were very promptly attended to and all was well soon after. Next door neighbour was a teeny bit of a Karen but its ok. We keep coming back to SR Home units at Sunway Grid because of their top level service. I hope everyone who uses this unit will continue to take care of it because it really is a beautiful and cosy unit."
