Hotel murah di Pontoon Beach

"This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. Garbage wasn’t taken out from the last guest. They only provided 3 towels (that need to be washed) when we reserved for 6. Host absolutely...

"My room was clean with a comfortable bed at a reasonable price. A better option than other similar hotels in the vicinity."

"Elevator was broken, but otherwise the property was very nice. Staff was kind. The elevator breaking was definitely an unexpected thing and they apologized many times over. Was on the second floor. It wasn’t horrible carrying our luggage up. Stairwell was air-conditioned and not steep."

"We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. We began cleaning up the mess but decided to photograph to show the staff. When we alerted the staff of the issues we were told the smoke smell seeped down from the second floor unit...

"The rooms were clean and efficient. However, the remodeling was going on a great majority of the hotel and the pool was not in use even though it was advertised. The food was basic but was given a small variety. I would stay again with my family because I believe when it is updated it will be a nice place."

"Small hotel. The room was clean and we enjoyed having the kitchen area in the king suite during our 3 night stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were tasty and a little different each morning. If we ever return to Edwardsville, we would stay here again."

"Black mold and ceiling was failing apart in bathroom. Also the toilet was dirty (from the previous person) when I walked in. Room smelled a little suspicious of moisture that was noticeable."

"DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Day one, we were out of our room from 7:30am to 9pm. They picked up ALL of our towels, but did not replace ANY of them. When we went to the desk to inquire, we were told the clerk needed to call the manager. What? To get some towels (that they took). We were treated like we were thieves. We were told that they hadn’t replaced the towels because we were resting. WTH? We weren’t even in the room all day. No other room service or anything; no bed made, sweeping, nothing. Day...

"It was a simple stay, I didn’t spend much time at the hotel but they were quick with no issues. I might have left my white button up in the closet. But overall everything was fine."
