Hotel murah di Pontypool

"The property is in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpets are extremely stained and dirty and things like the trim in the bathroom and the flooring in the bathroom around the edges is all falling apart. The bed was comfortable but there is no USB by the bed that were functioning which made it very inconvenient. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was just so-so."

"Clean room very nice staff. Exercise room needs a bit of updating."

"Parking"

"Absolutely loved the water refill station. It was wonderful to have that and the ice machine so close together. Reception staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious and plentiful and the staff ensured selections were replenished as necessary. Parking was plentiful even though it was a very busy weekend at the hotel. It will be our go to place when we go back next year."

"Breakfast was excellent and the staff spoke great English and were very friendly.This is very unusual these days as most Canadian hospitality workers are from India and are not very friendly"

"The continental breakfast was the same everyday for the 5 days we were there and not the best. The cleaners never cleaned our room, they only put clean towels and made the bed 4 of the five days. It’s not a bad place but definitely needs a really good cleaning."

"The Kent Inn is a good choice if you’re just looking for a decent place to sleep. The rooms are clean and large; a desk, fridge microwave and even a table & chairs are provided. The location is great for access to things you need with ample parking available. The Kent Inn really needs a makeover with some new, modern light fixtures, fresh tiles in the bathrooms. In dire need of a refresh. A completely acceptable place to stay if you’re not looking for modern decor and want to save a few bucks."

"Smells"

"The room was clean. The staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. The heat was super loud even on low. We asked for more shampoo and conditioner and they must have forgotten about us. Someone must have blown a breaker. We were out of power in the morning for an hour. Just as I was getting ready for work. Very frustrating as it made me late. Not a nice way to start my day."

"We had a lovely, spacious, room with jaccuzzi and fireplace at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was very good, definitely a notch above what we are seeing in competing hotels in North America. It was very conveniently located to where we needed to be, Bowmanville. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area."

"Great spot to stay. We originally booked because we thought there was a restaurant onsite but it was still a beautifully maintained property. We saw some swans in the river close by and were able to take a 5 min uber to a great restaurant. The staff was very friendly with easy check in and check out process. Will be staying again!"

"TV was good but there was no useful tv guide hard copy or on screen Canadian channels were difficult to find"

"Very comfortable and welcoming place! A real hidden gem not too far away from the city. The house and property and gorgeous, the breakfast is big and delicious, and the programs that they run are great. I attended a Reiki circle that I found very helpful and relaxing. The shiatsu massage chairs are also excellent. I would return and I will recommend Rising Star!"
