"Breakfast is waffles and 2 types of cereal. If you want more don’t book here. Plus there was a dead cockroach in our room. Very clearly. :)"

"Unfortunately, our room had a strong odor similar to mouse urine when the heater was turned on, which made our stay much less comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room also was not what we expected. Also, there were not enough bath towels provided for everyone in our group to shower. When we requested additional towels, we were given a mix of floor mats, hand towels, and washcloths rather than bath towels. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly during our stay."

"Refrigerator was not on/failed during night and staff didn't seem to care...even though I told them we had medicine in the refrigerator. They simply asked if it was plugged in and not to worry about medicine "because it wasn't that hot out during the night.""

Dirty room, poor service, instead of having an incidental fee after you pay for your room, they want you to have a pre-authorization for the entire price of the room and and then when you show up, they want you to pay for the room while you still have a pre-authorization hanging out there for the full rate of the room. Ridiculous."

"It was too cold in the room and almost every where. Temperature control was very difficult in the room and the system does not work pry."

"Service was great! Hostess and Jeannette in the breakfast area was wonderful! Only thing I observed was the outside was not very clean, like the entrance and some plastic bottles that I picked up and told my baby grandson that we all need to be cleaned and trash has it’s containers to be deposited."

"Dirty. Unkempt and in disrepair. Felt unsafe with many loitering around outside. Not family friendly. Did not even stay the night there. The door lock would not lock properly. Light coming in from all around the door jam. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom door would not even close."

"The owner/manager takes good care of the property. Although an older hotel, it is kept up. Easy parking. Located in a quiet area. Easy to access off the highway. There's no coffee maker or microwave but the price is excellent when I've stayed on weekdays."

"There was nothing unique about the property. Thought is was a more modern setting from the photos. The room had a damp musty smell that was unpleasant. The size of the room is nice but the decor is drab. The pillows on bed are too small and don't make for best comfort. The breakfast was nice."

"Very disappointed with this hotel. The property was not clean, and because they are remodeling, everything felt messy and unorganized. You could tell the bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned, which was really unpleasant. The hotel looked much better in the pictures than it does in person, which was very misleading. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I will definitely not be staying here again."
