"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect ..."

"This was a really nice place with spectacular view from the balcony. The only 2 pain points were parking in the garage was very tight and no AC in room . We were there in end of August and the room was very hot … difficult go fall asleep. The option to open window was there but a lot of mosquitoes ..."
