"The best thing here was the ocean view from the rooms balcony. However, it goes downhill from there. We stayed March 3-5,2026 which is considered “off-season” but when you only see a property attendant to check you in and they leave the property and not return - would that be a safety concern! Yes, that is correct there was no staff on site at any time during stay or departure. The hotel front doors were left open to the weather all day and night. "Absolutely loved my stay at Mimoza. The staff was so kind and welcoming, especially Tina who gave us so much advice and care and always made sure we were having a great time. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious (especially the homemade orange bread). Also very walkable to the new and old ports, which is where most of the island nightlife takes place. Lovely hotel and location! "

"Don’t stay there!!!
Make sure to check out all the bad reviews before you book. My experience was quite unpleasant due to the manager's odd and impolite behavior. If you look at the sarcastic and rude replies to feedbacks, you'll get the full story. When you request a taxi, they just call their buddy who charges you twice as much."
