"Pros: The room was really clean and nice. The bed is super comfy and such a delight at the end of a long hiking day. And the fireplace is really cozy. The views are really peaceful and you can hear Elwha River from your room. Cons: The rooms have little to no sound proofing between rooms and floors. I could hear my neighbors conversations all throughout the night and sometimes even when they went to the bathroom which was pretty unpleasant. I couldn't sleep much the second night because my new neighbor was walking up and down the stairs and going in and out of his room. And the water line went through our room with no insulation so we could hear every flush..."

"This motel is a work in progress. Don’t be afraid of the outside older style of this motel. The motel is well run, clean, everything worked, inside is remodeled.
