"Make sure you’re over 21+ and if you’re not they will have you change your name for the motel for someone that is 21+ I a 19 year old man had to get my 22 year old girlfriend just to get the motel They charge you 57 dollars for a dog fee and a 100 dollar incidental fee. Aside from that the pricing was good and the room was clean only issue with the bathroom was the caulking around the tub wasn’t the best but the water got hot fast and they provided enough towels along with having a coffee maker...

"You can tell it's an older building but it is clean. Our AC unit soaked the floor from condensation. The breakfast is good. The normal stuff like waffles, powdered eggs, paper thin bacon, and cereal. Two good things about this hotel: 1. Location - right in the middle of everything cool in Aransas Pass. 2. Golf cart rental - conveniently right at the front desk and at a good price."

"Very close to the beach access and the convince stores, the hotel was quiet and quite nice. The bathroom was very small and there was a small leak somewhere. The beds were exactly what we needed for a group of 5 but they were uncomfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, when we reported the leak they fixed it right away and their smiles were very welcomed. Very nice property and outdoor amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again."

"The suite was amazing, looked brand new and very spacious. The separate bedroom area and kitchen were exemplary when traveling with children. The free breakfast was also great and the location was great."

"The owner/manager Dee was wonderful and accommodating! We were able to check in early and there was no rush to check out. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and gift shops. It is not within walking distance to the beach though. They have a pool that was clean and well maintained. The hotel is nothing fancy, just functional for escaping the heat, sleeping, showering and relaxing for a bit. The room and bathroom were clean. It worked for my family...
