"The staff was friendly and did try to help initially—they moved us from our first room, which was dirty, into a king suite.
Unfortunately, the second room still had roaches. We only stayed because it was after 12:40 AM and there were no reasonable alternatives at that hour.
While I appreciate that the staff was kind and attempted to accommodate us, the overall experience did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
The hotel later stated that we were satisfied with the second room, which is not accurate we were just appreciative of their kindness of moving us initially. "

"We got a handicap room everything like the shower bars were low, we didn’t request a room like that. I forgot my phone charger in the room then my husband called to see if we could get mailed to us and they said there was no charger and no one turned it in. I know for sure I left it there plugged in. Be aware that if you forget something they will lie to you and say you didn’t."
