"Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good.
However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves.
The morning breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Most of the food seemed to have been prepared or kept out for some time, and almost everything we...

"Our stay was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and hygiene of the room. We found cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes and spiders inside the room. More concerning, we also noticed insect/animal droppings, including on the bed. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
A hotel room should at minimum be clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet even these basic...

"Lovely place on the coast south of the main town.
The cottage accomodation was lovely and well cleaned.
Lovely maintained gardens and pool.
The staff were amazing, both at reception and especially the restaurant staff. So kind and helpful!
One thing - pick up the litter on the beach. You make such an effort with everything else, but this would literally take 10 minutes and would make such a difference."
