"Location is great to visit all the Barcelona attractions. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from a metro station and 2 minutes walk to a bus stop, good location. Staff are helpful. Breakfast includes English breakfast and salami meats and cheeses etc. There is a small pool and a small sauna. Hotel is very clean. There is a bar and you can order dinner in the restaurant area. Had a good experience as staff helpful and attentive."

"Paid in advance with my booking. Was asked to make a payment at the reception upon arrival. Showed my documents and didn’t pay. We were at the hotel from 8pm to 6am as our train hot cancelled. At 6am, we checked out from the hotel, paid the city tax and all and didn’t use anything from the minibars. At around 7 - 7:30am I got a text from my bank that I was charged an additional 130 euros on my creditcard (provided to Expedia by their website) which is lower than the actual nightly rate and...

"We stayed there 2 nights and had to change room 3 times as there AC did not work. I have had my blood pressure shot up 190/95. I complaint to the manager when checking out and they promised to refund 1 day, I am yet to see that happen. Terrible customer service. "

"The large room with two kind beds was great for our first night after redeye flights, but it is t very convenient to much of town. The staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is a voucher for a cafe across the street. Easy to catch the bus into town though. "

"Very clean and comfortable hotel for the most part. However one huge complaint I have is that the walls are so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the neighboring rooms. If you’re lucky enough not to have anyone next to you then the room is fine. Otherwise it’s terrible if you can’t ignore this type of thing. "
