"This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel and does not reflect the standard advertised.
The room and bathroom were dirty on arrival, and there was very little hot water throughout our stay. The toilet had a constant unpleasant smell that came into the room, making it very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also very weak and struggled to cool the room.
The food was bland with very little variety, and there were flies around the buffet, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The pool was...

"0/10 do NOT STAY here if you want to enjoy your trip. Rooms smells like sewer water. Beds sheet like cigarettes and staff is super unfriendly, wont order taxi as that would take them 2 mins of work. Everyone working is just running away from duties!!!"

"Staff was very polite,patient and welcoming! Food was ok but only water available for half board was a bit of a disappointment. Other than that the hotel had great facilities and even before and post check out it was very accommodating!
Would definitely visit again soon !!

"If you are coming from the UK please don't stay in this hotel, what is see in picture is different for what you find in the hotel the hotel is very dirty the staff are very rude

"I personally would never stay here again! You don't want to wake up with a stranger wandering around your room. Very dissapointed and really quite unsafe. Staff were not apoligetic whatsoever. Will definitely never forget this stay. Definetely do not let the person walk around and put positive reviews on your phone before you experience your whole stay."
