"This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel and does not reflect the standard advertised.
The room and bathroom were dirty on arrival, and there was very little hot water throughout our stay. The toilet had a constant unpleasant smell that came into the room, making it very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also very weak and struggled to cool the room.

"Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked.
After I insisted this was false advertising...
