Beautiful property, although older it was well maintained. The outside and inside pools were lovely. I believe it is off season so at times felt line we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was delightful and nice to be able to enjoy it on the patio. Water in room was replenished daily but it was not till checkout that we were informed it was not free. Only feedback I have is there should gave been a sign.

This is a proper 4-star hotel where everything is built around guests and making sure that every need is satisfied. Although it might feel a bit dated in some places, the rooms and common areas are clean and well looked after. The private grounds are picturesque and have a lot of entertainment to offer. There is also access to small private beach with loungers.

Great property but you have to pay for the gym which wasn't mentioned as private/ separate before i booked the room. Gym is expensive $75 dinars which about $25 dollars a day per person. The hotel employees are very nice and very helpful. Hotel food are decent but the location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at the same time. I recommend this hotel.

dissapointing Hotel.

the hotel is not as grand as to be expected. very limited services and conditions on the use of facilities such as the bath water warm uninviting pool have made sure I will not book it again. the beds are actually single narrow beds put together. there is no room service at all, boring breakfast and the beach is one of the worst beaches I have ever been on

Das schätzte ich besonders, da man sich wirklich entspannen konnte. 🍽️ Frühstück Beim Frühstück war ein älterer Mitarbeiter im Service sehr freundlich, professionell und sprach fließend Deutsch – großes Lob an ihn. Zu den anderen Servicekräften kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich keinen direkten Kontakt hatte. 🛎️ Rezeption Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkten grundsätzlich professionell, jedoch empfand ich die Kommunikation – insbesondere mit dem Kassierer – als überheblich und unangemessen im Ton. Zudem war die interne Koordination zwischen dem Kassierer und den anderen Kollegen nicht ganz klar – hier gibt es definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf für mehr Klarheit und Kundenfreundlichkeit. 🏖️ Poolbereich Die Mitarbeiter am Pool waren zwar nicht aufdringlich, aber ich habe beobachtet, dass europäischen Gästen bevorzugt sofort Handtücher und Liegen angeboten wurden, während ich als Gast mit anderen äußeren Merkmalen ignoriert wurde und selbst aktiv nachfragen musste. Das empfand ich als unfair – denn wir alle zahlen denselben Preis, teilweise sogar mehr. Gleichbehandlung aller Gäste sollte selbstverständlich sein. 🌊 Strandpersonal Ganz im Gegensatz dazu: Das Personal am Strand war hervorragend – sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und respektvoll. Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était désagréable et loin d'être accueillant. Le manque de professionnalisme était flagrant, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus déplaisante. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement si vous cherchez un service de qualité.
