"We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. The room allocated to us had a strong bad odour, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room phone was not working. I requested the staff to provide an alternative solution or freshener, but unfortunately, the assistance provided was not helpful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. We had a much better stay at the Holiday Inn"
