"Ocean was visible at a distance. Only suitable for older children who can be separate from adult supervision as the rooms are separated and require having to go outside stairs to access each other. Friendly and helpful staff. Location can loud with passing vans, dogs barking. Slight bug problem on ground floor. "

"This property is exactly as advertised, and has a great view of the Caribbean waters and some of the rest of the Grenadines. The owners of the place are also very kind, attentive, and quick to respond in case of any trouble or need for help regarding anything and everything.
One thing to note is that this property can feel a little far from the main areas of Bequia found around the port. So it is good to keep in mind that a taxi may be required for use when staying at this wonderful house. "

"My stay at windblow was very disappointing. I was booked from Feb 22 to 3/1 and left on Feb 23. The studio apartment had no draws, no nightstand, the sink in the bathroom was so tiny we ended up washing our faces in the kitchen sink because we would bump our heads trying to use bathroom sink. The Villa advertised as “quiet time” at night but had a dog that wasn’t disclosed,on site that howled for long periods of time. The shower caddy was so nasty it looked like something was growing out of it...

"This is the room of the review. Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Beachcombers. Beautiful and well kept property. The front desk staff and security concierge were friendly, attentive and so helpful. Bianca and Simone went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a good one. The cafe was delightful with friendly staff. The deluxe room is well appointed with a great view. It was initially missing items which the front desk staff resolved right away. It was nice to access Villa Beach and the beachfront boardwalk from the hotel. Young Island is just across from the property with easy access to the boat to take you across. The restaurant Ada, had a nice breakfast buffet. For lunch and dinner it is the same menu. A very simple, delicious menu with limited options. Friday evening had a wonderful saxophonist and vibe. Enjoyed the Saturday evening BBQ and live music. For more nearby food options, the cafe has some delicious options and beachfront boardwalk has access to several restaurants and bars. Overall, my 8-day stay was just what was needed. The location is convenient to access Kingstown, groceries, many tourists spots, tours, taxi, etc. My elderly dad especially enjoyed being back to his birth country and appreciated being well taken care of here. Beachcombers felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to staying here when I return to SVG. Note: Accessibility is limited. There are no elevators on the property only stairs, it is slightly hilly as is most of St Vincent."
"If you're on a budget and do not want to stay in a creepy hostel, this is the hotel for you. The toilets are a little slow with flushing , but thats expected in the Caribbean. The staff is pleasant and the hotel is on the beach, so you dont have to walk far to access the beach. There are also three restaurants within walking distance. The doors to the hotel could be modernized, but hey its an older hotel in the caribbean. Take it or leave it. The lobby and grounds were clean"
"I enjoyed the property quite a bit, it is located midway on the Belmont, and is close to restaurants.
The property it self is very beautiful with all of its original woodwork well maintained. The rooms have everything you need with a kitchen great for breakfast and lunch. The balcony’s are large and provide a nice semi private place to relax outdoors. If you need to watch TV, bring your laptop, as the rooms don’t have them.
It’s located approximately a10 minute walk from the ferry. Only one small rough area about midway, just before the walkway starts, so it’s walkable with a wheeled carry on, if you have more luggage, I recommend a cab, not more than $30 EC/$12USD approx.
Bequia is a water enthusiasts dream, for landlubbers bring a good book and relax."
"The property could use some updating; most everything is run down and overly dated, gurgling shower and broken landscape lights and all, they seem to operate on a bare bones shoestring budget, and barely stock items such as the bar with drink selections, poor and not restocked. The landscaping is shoddy and poorly maintained, and the mattresses are on the firmer side. What made up for it was the great-tasting food and the chef who bent over backward to provide for items that were missing on the menu for a great experience. I think the property fails on management, but the staff soldier through it to provide the best they can. Will we return? probably not, as the place is quite remote with nothing to do and no activities other than nothing, as they pride themselves on the art of doing nothing! "
"We LOVED this place. It’s gorgeous and clean and very well kept up. But the best part beyond everything was the staff. So friendly!!! We can’t wait to come back. "
