"The room we were in, 241, was very clean, but seemed a bit shabbier than the other rooms we have stayed in on previous trips to this same hotel. Spots on desk chair, dings on furniture, bathroom shower grout repair job kind of messy, tv didn’t work and required the main desk staff to fix problem. Staff members were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast cheese omelettes were dry and rubbery, but usually the breakfasts are very good, so that was disappointing."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were in the process of being updated so ours could use a few more changes. The lounging chair was very nice but need more than one comfortable chair in our room. Using the bed to read or watch TV is very uncomfortable. All the room around the "kitchen" area was wonderful. However, there was not enough lighting over the area."

"In all of my travels all over the world this has got to be the single worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Quite regrettably I rebooked because I had to stay longer in Seattle. HUGE mistake. In 11 days, my room has had housekeeping in only once, no clean towels, no change of bed linen, and the absolute WORST member of staff Morgan, whose solution was to shout at me, demanding to know if I want to check out tonight, and mind you, it’s 9:00 pm. If you can avoid Studio 6, Mount Lake Terrace, by all means, STAY AWAY!"

"Fantastic stay! Visiting Olympic NP. Rate was lower than hotels in Sequim and Port Angeles. But the overall quality of the hotel and property was well worth the extra drive time!!!! Will stay there again. "

"The entire area of Aurora is a place of female “workers” so. Basically a prostitute district, definitely not kid friendly for our family vacation. I wish there were direct reviews of areas so I would have known better. The staff was excellent though, she was friendly and helpful. We didn’t end up staying though and found another room, i didnt get a chance to see the place and experience it. It did look nice though, it was the general area that was not of interest. The establishment did have a gate with a code so if that’s a place you wouldn’t mind staying? Then you know it’s gated. However there were people walking in and out the gate close to midnight (we traveled in From out of town late). It’s an active place apparently? I will say again, the employee working was kind and helpful. The place from the outside appeared ok. The gate was a plus. I can’t say about the rooms because we didn’t check in. We were refunded and found another place more suitable for our family and in a different area. Hope this helps."
