"I explained to the manager that in the bathroom for handicap there needs to have handicap bar by the toilet and a higher toilet for safety. Everything else was good."

"Our stay was good. The hotel does need some updates, though. We stayed in a suite with sofa bed for my 10-year old, while we used the king size bed with my husband and our 2-year old. Our bed was nice and comfy, but my 10-year old wasn’t very happy with her sofa bed. It was very squeaky. The room does need a more thorough cleaning, like floors and the corners of the ceiling. The breakfast was all right. The gentleman who works there was so nice and kind. There were no bagels left. I asked him if they had any, and he brought out some bagels and even offered some muffins to us. It was so sweet! Overall, it was a safe area and a good location. Thank you! "

"My family stayed here for one night and did enjoy our night. The room had a strange odor like water damage occurred somewhere. The bathroom was dirty stains were on the toilet seat meaning no one clean prior to us stay or did a rush job. This place is going downhill. I will not stay here again. Worst experience ever plus I seen a family in the hallway that had to was hours before checking in due to their room not being ready. This company needs new leadership, front desk employees and cleaning staff."
