"Very disappointing stay.
Our room had dirty sheets, stained pillows (one even looked like it had a footprint on it), and stained mattresses. The bathroom was not properly cleaned — mold in the sink and shower corners, heavy buildup on the faucet, and the shower looked gray instead of clean. Even the TV remote was covered in grime between the buttons.
The worst part was the noise. The room next to us was extremely loud from around 3 a.m. into the morning both nights. We reported it multiple times, but staff only told them to quiet down temporarily and the noise kept starting again. At one point the front desk stopped answering the phone, and I did not feel safe walking outside to the office in the middle of the night while drunk guests were roaming the halls.
Because of the lack of sleep, I missed a morning event and breakfast reservation the next day.
When I spoke to management at checkout, they were rude and dismissive, blamed me for not going to the office at 3–4 a.m., and offered no apology, no compensation, and no refund.
We were also charged an extra $20 per person fee that was never disclosed during booking, which felt very misleading.
Between the dirty room, constant noise, hidden fees, and unprofessional management, this stay was extremely disappointing."
