Accommodation was exceptional except for the cold water. In the morning the cold water was hot so brushing my teeth was a challenge. The bar/night club .. drinks were super expensive. A beer & a spirit drink K40. Staff at every level were exceptional !!! Always a smile and a good morning or good afternoon.

Food delicious, arrives hot when ordering for room service. Rooms are daily cleaned although not for the last 2 days. Clean otherwise. Staff are helpful and always welcoming by greeting guests with a smile. Air conditioning is never a problem. Wifi can be slow. TV wifi connection is poor, need tech to sort it out.

The Lamana Hotel was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very professional. The dining options were great and the Gold Club was very enjoyable. Parking was available. The Vision City shopping mall was nearby. I would definitely recommend the Lamana Hotel.

The room is nicely laid out and decorated. The bed is comfortable and great for sleeping. I wish the hotel provided toiletries (lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush), makeup mirror (magnified mirror) and sleepers. My problem was the location. There were fights Saturday night into Sunday morning. All-out fights and I called the management but nothing was done. Apparently, it's just a regular Saturday night brawl that happens all the time according to people I asked. I never felt safe in my stay there.
