"The staff were helpful & friendly.
It's great that non-dairy milk was available at breakfast. I've been a member of the BW Rewards program for many years and I've frequently made this simple request, "Include non-dairy milk", but this is the first time I've encountered it. Great job guys!
It's hot & humid in this part of Texas, and the room was actually too cold for our liking, but when we changed the AC setting we got condensation on the floor; dangerous for older folk for fall risk."
