"Very likely upscale and nice 10+years ago. Many places are in need up an overhaul it upgrade. Especially the guest rooms. The pool area isn’t functional at all for children and that was disappointing. We ate at Fletchers twice and it was great, and the service was even better. The art galleries were amazing! Service was great. Definitively needs some updating though."

"The man at the front desk when we checked in may 21, 2026 around 4:30ish pm was the best. He went out of his way to explain parking to me. His explanation should be included in the voyager inn website because it is a complete picture of your options. The website just says public parking - let me tell you the parking availability is dicey. You must pay the meter when you street park. Check the rules or u will be ticketed. The lot across the street that is for parking services has time limits...

"Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Normal hotel breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Only negative…no AC. Fans are provided and windows open to let the breeze thru. Would stay here again. 2 blocks from convention center where Princess cruise buses from. Train station walking distance as well."

"The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I did hear the plumbing from upstairs but got used to it. Super convenient location downtown. Only a few minutes ride to the railroad depot. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is a bit run down. For $600 per night it was disappointing for a Hilton property. We were there overnight to catch a cruise. I called the front desk after making a reservation online to inquire about transportation options. The person I spoke to was not at all helpful. I ended up fending for myself. The wait staff at breakfast had to be tracked down for service. Plenty of staff on hand, so that was not the problem. Maybe training? Whatever, I had higher expectations for a...

"Do not stay here! The property is very close to a prison and is in the heart of the prostitution hub. There were homeless people everywhere and I did not feel safe. The room that was non smoking reeked of cigarettes so bad that we immediately left. The room was filthy, stained, and had cigarette burns on all of the furniture. The guy at the front desk could have care less about anything and didn’t want to be bothered."

"Smokers paradise . The room was def dated, dingy but “clean” enough. The heat wasn’t working so they had this heater in the room that was very dirty and loud. Lots of smokers (people) all over the parking lot, lobby and outside on their balconies so lots of noise along with reg street noise. Very busy hotel"

"This place was terrible. Dirty we had two towels no washcloths no hand towels. And not a lot of anything else. We had a TV through the cracks your cable that went to nowhere so we got about four channels. Luckily I plugged my computer in with an HDMI cable and was able to watch some good shows off my computer. I would highly recommend you not stay here."

"It looks like just a split-level house, but Mr. and Mrs. Deal have turned it into a lovely oasis for visitors. They recommended Sofia's for lunch, an easy mile walk, and the food there is amazing. Mrs. Deal very kindly agreed to hold most of our luggage while we did a train ride to Seward for an overnight stay. She even put together a perfect brown bag breakfast since we were leaving so early. Our room is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The entire house is spotless. I highly recommend...
