This hotel is in the heart of downtown so we were able to shop, eat and look around all within walking distance which is a plus! The rooftop bar was such a vibe! I would absolutely stay here again! "This place was fantastic. It’s right near a busy and vibrant area. It had tall ceilings and anything you could need. The parking was strange at first but then it’s really cool. Self check in means no hassle and if you need anything they’re always quick to respond via text. 5 stars I’ll be sure to stay again the next time I’m in Charleston."

"Property was very clean and had all the amenities of a hotel but a lot more room. Bed was very comfortable as well which is a rarity in my opinion. Great walking options for dining. Host was excellent with anything we needed! Did not use the pool so cannot comment."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Palmetto over the holidays. The hotel is clean, well appointed, and was beautifully decorated. The breakfast in the morning was a great perk. The selections are limited but the food offered was delicious. We also enjoyed the lobby bar for a nice after dinner cocktail. We found the location to be very convenient and we were able to walk to the market, restaurants, and the waterfront easily. We would stay here again given the opportunity. "
