I didnt have a problem paying extra for 2nd car but then when check out want another 25 dollars for my 10 year old son. "Wow researching for us a room I found this bottom floor balcony where we could just walk out of our room. I even confirmed that this was at the bottom. But when I was finally giving my information they tried to put me on the 6th floor. However I did contact and they gave me the floor I wanted on the ground. Second room they rented us had a severely cracked and partially repaired sink (with a waste basket to collect leaking water), missing woodwork on the sink, and extensive mold growing on the inside of the bathroom door; my 16 year-old son and I only stayed the night because we only first entered the room around midnight, and I noticed...

"Staff was great, nice and helpful. Room was not clean. Floor was slick with condensation from wall AC, but at least it was ice cold in the room! Had to wash all the hair out of the tub before showering then dried off with very worn towels with stains. Before we could sleep, it was a game of "Who Can Kill The Most Roaches." That was not cool! "Stayed for one night to go to Rockville concert. Run away, I've stayed in questionable motels but this was the absolute worst. We can start with the questionable door locks, the smell in the room, the bugs, the mold in the bathroom. It's not worth the money you're saving "
