Hotel dekat Port Phillip Estate

"An external power point to charge PHEV etc cars would have been nice. Some minor faults that needed attention, but nothing major. Lovely surroundings, a very peaceful place to stay and recharge, strongly recommended."

"Lovely motel, very clean and neat with comfy bed. Perfect for a quick stay at."

"Spacious, very clean, nice smelling, not overpowering. I arrived at 7pm to find they had put the heater on, so I arrived to a warm and cosy unit. My car parking bay was straight outside the door. There is a luggage bench, bliss, no bending. The bed was comfortable & had an electric blanket. The 2-seater lounge was very comfortable. The grounds, gardens, playground and pool were well maintained. There is a free laundry and dryer facility and clothesline onsite, which was wonderful. Staff...

"Quiet in good location very cleaner "

"Great location"

"Clean close to shops"

"Really spacious one bedroom suites, nice Appelles shampoo and shower amenities, clean and comfortable beds, nespresso pod machine and nice cookies to with a cup of tea on a raining day. Aspects of the room was a little dated, e.g. toilet seat was so old it was peeling and lumpy in my room, functional but just dated. "If you are a golfer this is the one for you- within metres from the club house with great food and service . Rooms were very clean - a bit outdated but we had a great weekend away"

"Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good."

"Clean and comfortable stay with delicious Belgian waffles"

"Convenient location , easy check in and out. Wonderful breakfast prepared by the hosts."

"Simple, but spacious, very comfy and easy for a family with a toddler (who loved the pool)."

"A great little motel with parking. Facilities are well maintained and quite modern. We stayed in the King room which was quite spacious. The only let down is being given the one room with very little natural light as it was in the corner nook and only 2 small windows only - all other rooms looked like they could have been much nicer."

"after stopping by from seeing penguin, i think this is the great place for staying over night. location only few minutes from penguin place and closed to big supermarket and cafes, but you must hv yr own car though.beach is only few minutes walk.I am not sure when summer, because I only experience in winter on july."

"The room and bathroom was huge. Very clean throughout and the bed was so comfy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very easy hotel to navigate with several entrances and exits to the rooms. Parking undercover perfect. Restaurant/bar/sports bar available which suits every guest or visitor needs. Yummy food. Easy walk to Dental Boutique for me the 3 days I stayed. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Cleaning staff replace used towels if U leave on bathroom floor and replenish kitchen as...
