"Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was beautiful, room was great, only problem was we didn’t have a mini fridge in our room, but did find out you could ask the front desk and some could be available to be brought to your room"

"We checked in very late and did not use any of the amenities. The floor in the room was updated to vinyl planks and the beds were comfy. Floor did not appear to have been swept/vacuumed. The light switches were old and dirty looking. The electrical outlets were also old and the alarm clock (that did have a usb connection) would not stay plugged in. Honestly, I tried a couple of times to keep it plugged in but left it unplugged because it didn’t seem safe and something smelled slightly burnt. We were really too tired to complain or bother with contacting the front desk."

"The lady who checked us in was awesome wish I could remember her name. The lady Samantha who checked us out was great. My problem is I called front desk at 11:50 p.m.when we got back to the room on Saturday the 25th.tired and hungry and our room smelt so horrible. Like backed up sewage. When I called front office I was addressed as yes sorry hold on sir. I'm a women. When I told her she said hold on we will move you! I was like ok i have been out on the heat for 11 hours I don't want to pack everything up and move. Twice I told her what room when she came back on tried to say thank you for calling and realized it was still me and said sir your 209 right and didn't let me answer put me on hold again. I think it was like 10 min for the call. Well it disconnected us. She never called back NOTHING! so we had to smell that all night long while eating and sleeping!"

"The door to my room wouldn’t close unless I slammed it, the toilet had a crack on the seat, weird stains around the bathroom. Didn’t look according to the photos at all, instead of the modern look it shows it was very outdated and the bathroom sink was a pale yellow with cracks and stains on it rather the design in the picture. However, Lovely staff and wonderful ladies helped very much."

"The pictures do not look anywhere near what the property looks like in person. They are used to a certain demographic so they do not put much effort into their rooms. The shower had soap scum that was stuck on. The sink looks like it was painted them half of it scraped off. The beds did not have blankets. Housekeeping knocks on your door every hour the morning of check out. "
