"Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music at 7am. I feel sorry for staff that has to work at a place where the owners obviously do not care at all about their guests. This place isn't worth $20/night. Also, there is sign in the lobby that says "No Dogs", yet they do accept them. The $25/night pet fee is excessive, it's not like it's a nice hotel."
