"No elevator, no dining option other than room service with limited menu. Room was clean but dated. Only 5 channels on the tv and none of them any good. Some broken furniture in room. Breakfast buffet was good. People were nice."

Signage is terrible and if it's your first time there, you're going to get lost and its going to be frustrating. Rooms however are clean and comfortable.
