"Our stay here was a delight! The room was clean and bright and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive, while also being friendly and approachable from the desk to the restaurant and everywhere in between. The turndown service was a nice treat of a surprise as well. We would love to come and stay again."

"We had a room with a king size bed. The had a large dip in the middle of the matress. My husband's side of the bed was leaning to the one side. We told the staff and they were great and moved us to another room with a king size bed. We had the same issue. We gave up and just put up with it.
House keeping only cones in every other day to empty garbage and refresh towel.
I looked under before we left and was discussed, there all kinds of garbage under the bed and the dust and dirty was very thick....

"The property is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake views. It’s meticulously maintained and there is no other place to stay in Muskoka with the same number of amenities and restaurant options. However, all the elevators were down in our section of the hotel making it a very difficult walk up from the lake. They say that you can call for a shuttle but there is no way to call this shuttle, no number given and the shuttles are not running all day- you need to request one. There is no pool...

"Huge modern rooms, unique layouts, with a gym, sauna, whirlpool and swimming pool to seal the deal. The attached Restaurant makes incredibly good pizza. Very pet friendly. Backs onto the river, if you're a Choice Rewards Member this is worth any premium you'll pay, however prices in June are surprising good vis a vis the competition."
