"Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was great but a little pricey. If you are elderly or have health issues make sure your accommodation is on the lower areas of the property as a lot of the rooms are high on the hill with steep access paths in areas."
"The room was very generous in space, with good amenities inc a good fridge/freezer and a welcome shower with hot water for once! The pool bar was comfortable and welcoming from 7am on for food and drinks, All staff were absolutley excellent and everything was easy
Many thanks,
Craig"

"The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and I’d like to thank the staff for their excellent service. Overall, the team across the resort were friendly, kind, courteous, and very helpful. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens that create a lovely atmosphere. The snorkelling was a highlight, and having complimentary equipment available was a great bonus.
We also enjoyed the recreational facilities and had fun using the pool table, table tennis, and tennis courts, although some of the equipment could benefit from being updated or replaced.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable; however, the bathrooms could use a refresh and a more modern look. We also found that towels, body wash, and other toiletries were not replenished daily, so we needed to request these items. Beach towels were sometimes unavailable as they were frequently being washed or dried, which meant having to wait.
It would also be helpful to provide guests with a little more local information on arrival, such as typical taxi costs and shop opening hours, particularly noting that some shops close from midday on Saturdays.
Great pools, outdoor activities, well kept resort, with beautiful staff.
We would recommend you to stay here - we loved it"
"We recently stayed at the Ramada Resort in Port Vila and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, which really made a positive impression.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and well presented, with beautiful views across the bay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days of our stay. Thankfully, the weather was relatively cool at the time, so it wasn’t too uncomfortable.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options available each morning. My only criticism would be the coffee. There was no barista-made coffee available, and the machine coffee was probably the worst coffee I’ve had while travelling. I know that’s a first-world problem, but good coffee is one of life’s little holiday luxuries!
I’d also suggest reconsidering promoting complimentary Wi-Fi as a guest benefit. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and often difficult to use.
Despite those issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wonderful staff, comfortable accommodation and stunning bay views made for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We’d happily stay again and would recommend the resort to others looking for a relaxing stay in Port Vila."
"This was our second time at breakas staff are so nice and helpful adult only resort you always meet other couples from australia .
