Travelling with a toddler meant we had to carry the pram up and down the stairs, which was a bit inconvenient. "My husband and I stayed at 1A (YOUROPO-Market) for 4 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. We arrived a few hours early, the check-in office helped us store our luggages in their lockers until the check-in time. We loved the design of the apartment, and though we found issues with the shower on the first night, they were resolved by the next day. There was a flight of stairs we needed to walk up before we could reach our room on the first floor, but we saw elevators for the subsequent floors...

"Liliana and Joana were both so nice and accommodating during our stay. They made sure that we were comfortable in our rooms, had suggestions for restaurants and places to see, and made sure we had fresh towels and linens. Our apartment was extremely clean and quiet, and access was easy and convenient. This space was central to a lot of sites in Porto and was very walkable, as there are 3 restaurants outside right when you walk out the door."
