"I have no complaints about this property. This place lacks nothing a 5 star hotel would have. With the exception of room service but they have a great restaurant /cafe attached to the hotel but not accessible from the inside but the walk is like 30 seconds. Free access to laundry as well as free detergent. Great concierge service as well. I would definitely stay here again! VERY SPACIOUS and beautiful rooms. We would stay here again and again."

"Amazing location! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and they gave us great recommendations on where to eat and places to visit. "Incredibly pleasant experience with the staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing was it was a little bit loud because of the proximity to the train, but it didn’t detract from our experience from our stay. There were a few mosquitos, but that was probably only because we had to leave the window open since we didn’t have a remote for the AC, rather than the condition of the room. Overall I would recommend this space to anyone staying in Florence! The location was perfectly...
