Portage hotel guide. Boyd Gaming hotel in Portage, Indiana

After a long flight and a difficult drive it was great to be greeted by Jordan who was excellent. He got us checked in quickly, told us where everything was and we were on our way to the room. The room was excellent, super comfy and we got the good nights rest we needed.

Excellent

Huge bed, large room, very clean and a surplus of towels. Coffee maker was situated in the bathroom, which was a little strange, but perhaps it was placed there to fill the space as the bathroom was so big. Walls are thick enough for there to be no noise disturbance (confirmed by a colleague staying next door when I apologised for a particularly loud phonecall which he did not hear a decibel of). Reception staff were polite, helpful and informative. I appreciated the 24hr coffee/tea facilities...

A beautiful building on a pleasant wooded road. Wonderful people all round. The room size was generous and comfortable. The room aircon was freezing though, even if it was a normal day outside. thanks for a pleasant stay

Staff was very helpful and understanding. I requested a different room and there were no problems!
